The most impactful part of the training was taking the entire process down to each step / everyday basics. It makes it SO much less overwhelming. This course showed me how to implement cadences & edit them, and to remind myself more of why I should be confident in myself. This has really helped me be more comfortable on calls, especially when I feel like I'm in over my head with technical details.

I've implemented new sequences, more automation, negotiating tactics, better time management to focus on prospecting, focusing messaging on pain buckets, and more LinkedIn posts. There's lots of juicy info including know your numbers and prospecting tactics (automating). I am getting a better email response and seeing results from A/B testing sequences.

Know Your Numbers sheet is so key and the community we build is my favorite part. I have implemented things from a time management perspective, color coding my schedule so that I can see week by week and asking the harder questions during the sale cycle. With budget still being a big objective, I am getting better at just asking questions to dig deeper. By digging deeper I have more understanding into what the gaps are, what my prospects need, and see if there is a way for us to move forward now or if it is truly a deal that needs to wait.
