Who is Heather Bell?

I spent 25+ years of my career in SaaS sales, eventually working my way up to VP of Sales and Channel Sales. 

Along the way, I sold into every single market globally, made President's club every year it was available to me, had multi-6 figures and 7-figure earning years, won 7 out of 8 quarterly SPIFFs for driving net new Enterprise business, and even won an award for seller contribution over 4 years to my company - I made my contribution in 3 years to win the award!

Despite this crazy success, I struggled with my confidence and self-esteem as a seller, mental health issues, alcoholism, and questioning my ability in sales.  

I never felt like I had a system I could rely on so I always worried I just "got lucky".

I finally figured it out and developed a system to work on my craft as a seller while making sure I hit my personal goals EVERY YEAR - all while getting my life and my mental health back.

My mission is to help other women get to their personal income goals so they can live a life that makes them happy and give themselves choices outside of sales. 

I have spent hundreds of hours honing my system so that I can share an exact program for you to hit your goals through my consulting and coaching services.

I am passionate, energetic, and ambitious, and have always been obsessive about hitting the numbers I set for myself. I've always been looking up to see the abundance life as a seller can provide.

I want to use my passion and energy to help women hit not just their quota but their dream income to help them learn to feel confident in their craft and to build an income that lets them make choices around being happy instead of being stressed out.
