Who is Heather Bell?

I spent 30 years in tech and SaaS sales, working my way from individual contributor to VP of Sales and Channel Sales. I sold across global markets, made President’s Club every year it was available to me, had multi-six-figure and seven-figure earning years, won 7 of 8 quarterly SPIFFs for net-new enterprise business, and earned a company award for four years of seller contribution after making that impact in just three.

But success never made the doubt disappear. I struggled with imposter syndrome, confidence, mental health and alcoholism, and often questioned whether I was really as good as my results suggested. I never felt like I had a repeatable system I could trust. That experience is a big part of why I now teach women in tech sales how to become top performers with a system they can actually rely on.
