Who is Heather Bell?
I SPENT YEARS HITTING AS A TOP PERFORMER IN TECH SALES BUT MY LIFE WAS IN SHAMBLES.
I worked constantly and obsessively to hit my income goals.
Without work-life balance, I struggled with a drinking problem, low confidence, and extremely high-stress levels. I lacked a consistent system to replicate my successes, always thinking I just 'got lucky' with my numbers.
I finally realized that if I wanted to achieve the income I desired and reach my career goals, I needed a better approach. I began by defining my ideal end result and reverse engineering the steps to get there. I devoted time to enhancing my skills as a seller.
I transformed from being low in confidence, anxious, and constantly worrying about my numbers to becoming a confident, motivated professional who consistently meets my personal goals year after year.
After becoming a VP and witnessing the challenges faced by women Account Executives on my teams, I launched the Top Sales Performer Program for Women.
